Writer/director Kevin Smith has harnessed the power of Grayskull to put together an all-star cast for his upcoming Masters of the Universe series on Netflix. The streaming giant just unveiled an official trailer for Part 1, which shows off the voice acting talents of many of these Hollywood Legends.
Mark Hamill will voice Skeletor. His Batman: The Animated Series co-star, Kevin Conroy, is cast as Mer-Man. This isn’t the only duo coming from another popular series… Game of Thrones alumni Lena Headey and Liam Cunningham will voice Evil-Lyn and Man-At-Arms, respectively. Sarah Michelle Gellar is Teela. Animated series veteran Phil LaMarr will play He-Ro. Even Henry Rollins will get in on the action as Tri-Klops.
It wouldn’t be a Kevin Smith feature if it didn’t include some of his favorite returning actors. Jason Mewes is cast as Stinkor and Justin Long will voice Roboto.
Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 1 will debut on Netflix on July 23rd, 2021. Stay tuned to Conskipper for complete coverage of this exciting new project as soon as it breaks!
