Marvel’s Second Archive Edition Features 1984’s ‘Secret Wars’

Marvel’s second Marvel Archive Edition features 1984’s twelve-issue Secret Wars series by Jim Shooter, Mike Zeck, Bob Layton, John Beatty, Jack Abel, and Mike Esposito.

The new Marvel Archive hardcover format is the same size as the Marvel Gallery Editions (9.6″ x 13″), but the Archive version also contains all of the original adds, letter pages, and extras included in the original comics (or facsimile editions).

The edition also includes a new introduction by Ralph Macchio.

Marvel’s first Archive Edition, Amazing Spider-Man-The Black Costume Year One, focused on the introduction of Spider-Man’s alien costume following the black costume’s debut in Secret Wars #8.

Marvel Archive Edition: Secret Wars consists of 512 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.

The edition is available in three covers by Zeck and Layton, featuring the original cover, a villains cover, and a new variant.
