‘Lord of the Rings: Return of the King’ Extended Edition Returns to Theaters in April

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King returns to cinemas nationwide on April 13th to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Peter Jackson’s film.

As an added treat, the extended edition of the film (260 minutes) will also include an introduction by Elijah Wood, and a behind-the-scenes feature profiling the new Lord of the Rings Roleplaying game.

So far, the film will screen at Cinemark and Regal Cinemas, but more chains may also take advantage of the special presentation (and tickets seem to be going at a fairly good clip so far).
