John Arcudi and Valerio Giangiordano’s Image Comics Series ‘Two Moons’ Returns for Second Story Arc

John Arcudi and Valerio Giangiordano continue their horrific historical fiction series Two Moons with their second story arc on the title in October.

Two Moons #6 (out on October 27) begins the next chapter of Conskippers’s Pick of the Week series smack dab in the middle of the Indian Wars. Arcudi is quick to point out that “The so-called ‘Indian Wars’ devastated the Indigenous Peoples of the American Plains, so this had to be a part of Two Moons’ story: the aftermath of those wars. How do the Plains People endure? What is their path forward after all this? That’s where this arc takes us.”

Giangiordano says that this new storyline “…allows me to discover and study more and more of the fascinating culture of Native Americans that I did not know. For me it is a fantastic experience to bring this ‘world’ to life.”

For those who need to catch up on the initial story arc, Two Moons, Vol. 1: The Iron Noose will be available in comic shops on Wednesday, August 18 and in bookstores on Tuesday, August 24.

Two Moons #6 arrives with a cover by Giangiordano and one by Ryan Sook (which you can check out below).
