The brand new Green Lantern/Green Arrow: Hard Travelling Heroes Omnibus collects all of the 1970s adventures of the “green team” for the very first time.
The Omnibus collects Denny O’Neil and Neal Adams’ ground-breaking series in Green Lantern/Green Arrow #76-87 and their continued story in The Flash #217-224, 226-228, 230-231, 233-234, 237-238, and 240-246 as a back-up feature in 1972.
The Omnibus continues to chronicle the saga in the return (in 1976) to Green Lantern and Green Arrow’s team-up title in #89-123 (with Oliver Queen’s exit occurring in 1979’s Green Lantern #123), as well as further guest spots and anthology stores in Worlds Finest Comics #201, Brave and the Bold #100, DC Special Series #1, DC Retroactive: Green Lantern The 70s, DC Super Stars #17, World’s Finest #210 and 255, and Green Lantern 80th Anniversary 100 Page Super Spectacular.
In addition to O’Neil and Adams, the Omnibus contains work by Elliot S. Maggin, Cary Burkett, Frank McGinty, Bob Haney, Bob Rozankis, Mike Grell, Alex Saviuk, Dick Dillin, Dick Giordano, Don Heck, Joe Staton, Jim Aparo, Trevor Von Eeden, John Fuller, Juan Ortiz, Mike Vosberg, Vince Colletta, Tex Blaisdell, Dave Hunt, Terry Austin, Bruce Patterson, Frank Giacoia, Bob Smith, Joe Giella, Bernie Wrightson, Dan Adkins, John Celardo, Frank Chiaramonte, Bill Draut, Adrienne Roy, Alan Weis, and Mike Peppe.
