Former Mountain Monsters members Jeff “Jeffro” Headlee and Willy McQuillian are lending their expertise to a new generation of cryptid hunters called The Shadow Trackers as new “team advisors”.
Headlee and McQuillan appear in the latest episodes on the Monster Mondays youtube channel to a small degree, primarily suggesting creatures to hunt and offering new information on said monsters such as the Skunk Ape and the Mothman.
Both of the former Mountain Monster team members are reported to have a bigger role in upcoming videos featured on Monster Mondays.
The Shadow Trackers consist of Jesse Lucas, Jeff Little, and Chris Howard.
The remaining members of the former Mountain Monsters crew, Joseph “Huckleberry” Lott, Jacob “Buck” Lowe, and William “Wild Bill” Neff, started their own series titled Sons of Appalachia on YouTube in July 2025.
