‘Expedition Bigfoot’ Moves to Discovery for New Season this August

Expedition Bigfoot returns to the airwaves this August and the new season will premiere on Discovery Channel.

Team member Ronny LeBlanc shared the news on twitter (and also explained why he wasn’t wearing a shirt in the woods), with Season Four debuting on Wednesday, August 30.

Dr. Mireya Mayor also shared the news and reminded fans that this season’s expedition will take place in the wilds of Alaska.

All previous seasons of Expedition Bigfoot have aired on Travel Channel and discovery+ (which has since been swallowed up by the former HBO MAX streaming service, now simply referred to as MAX). It is assumed that the new season (similar to the ones already available in the streaming library) will also air on MAX (and discovery+, which is still operating as a stand alone steaming service for the time being).

  1. Pay for discovery plus on Amazon, now want to charge me per episode of expedition bigfoot for season 4!!! Not happy paid for Discovery Plus to watch, now want even more $$$$$

  2. Terrible to put only 3 episodes of Expedition Bigfoot on Discovery Channel then the rest you have to pay to stream the rest of Season 4.  What a scam.  List me for good

    1. I believe that they just took a two week hiatus and will be back with the rest of the season on October 18.

  3. Dr Mireya I like her the best she doesn’t jump on the Bandwagon that everything you see or hear is a Bigfoot. Ronnie should try that since he is sure that Bigfoot is behind every tree!
