Deadpool Reaches His 350th Issue in June

Deadpool #15 marks the 350th solo issue of the Merc with the Mouth published by Marvel Comics.

The giant-sized celebration features the return of many Deadpool creators, the debut of a new villain, Deadpool Samurai, and more surprises.

The 350th issue starts with the current creative team (Cody Ziglar and Rogê Antônio) delivering the culmination of the battle between ‘Pool and Death Grip.

Ziglar also teams up with Andrea Di Vito for a story starring Deadpool’s symbiote dog, Princess, and the fan-favorite Doug.

Sanshiro Kasama and artist Hikaru Uesugi contribute a new Deadpool Samurai manga tale and Gerry Duggan and Matteo Lolli reunite to introduce an all-new character to the wise guy’s rogues gallery named Kurami.

“I was touched that editor Mark Basso asked Matteo Lolli and I to return for a Deadpool short for his 350th issue, and I needed to pause and think about what I might do if I were to go down memory lane. Then, I realized it would be better not to go home again at all, so I wanted to introduce someone new and fun that could be a gift to the character that was a gift to me,” Duggan said.

Duggan also shared some info about Kurami, and said”With that peek behind the curtain, we’re proud to introduce Kurami Itto, a low-vision tech-assisted assassin that catches Deadpool’s interest in more ways than one. Welcome to the Marvel Universe, Kurami — hope you survive the experience. Here’s to another 350 issues, Wade.”

Check out Taurin Clarke’s main cover, along a variant cover by Matteo Lolli (featuring a first look at Kurami). and a Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine variant concept art cover by Rodney Fuentebella.

Look for the Deadpool #350 at your local comic shop on June 25.
