‘Daredevil’ Omnibus Vol. 3 Spotlights Black Widow Team-Up

Team-ups were all the rage in the 1970s and Marvel attempted to create the magic once again by adding the Black Widow to Daredevil’s marquee.

The latest Daredevil Omnibus collects all of the team-up issues, as well as the pre-and post-team-up material in Daredevil Omnibus Vol. 3.

The Omnibus contains Daredevil #75-119, the DD and X-Men crossover in The Avengers #111, and all of the Black Widow stories from Amazing Adventures #1-8.

All of the stories are written by Gerry Conway, Steve Gerber, Gary Friedrich, Mimi Gold, Roy Thomas, Steve Englehart, Chris Claremont, and Tony Isabella, with art by Gene Colan, Don Heck, Bob Brown, John Buscema, Alan Weiss, Barry Windsor-Smith, Sam Kweskin, Rich Buckler, Syd Shores, Jim Starlin, Sal Buscema, John Verpoorten, Tom Palmer, Jack Abel, Bill Everett, Ernie Chan, Mike Esposito, John Tartaglione, Frank Giacoia, Sal Trapani, Don Perlin, Paul Gulacy, Joe Sinnott, Frank Chiaramont, Jim Mooney, and Vince Colletta.

Along with the Daredevil and Black Widow pairing, other highlights include Matt Murdock’s temporary move to San Francisco, battles with the Man-Bull, the Owl, Electro, Killgrave the Purple Man, Kraven, Mister Fear, the Scorpion, the Gladiator, the Indestructible Man, the Dark Messiah, Angar the Screamer, Ramrod, the Beetle, the Silver Samurai, Death-Stalker and Blackwing, and guest appearances by Namor, Hawkeye, Spider-Man, Man-Thing, Captain Marvel, and Moondragon.

The Daredevil Omnibus Vol. 3 consists of 1,160 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.
