Checklist for DC Comics ‘Dark Crisis’ Revealed

Like any comic book event series, DC Comics’ latest “Crisis Event”, Dark Crisis (by Joshua Williamson and Daniel Sampere), comes with a number of specials and crossovers.

Luckily for fans, DC has been very good about issuing old-school checklists as of late, and Conskipper has you covered with the official Dark Crisis checklist below!

And if you prefer a physical copy of the checklist, it will also be included in DC’s Dark Crisis #0 FCBD Special Edition will be the companies premier offering at Free Comic Book Day 2022 on Saturday, May 7.

After the free preview, the event kicks off with Justice League: Road to Dark Crisis on May 31 and Dark Crisis #1 on June 7.

In addition to the mini-series, DC has announced creative teams for the upcoming Dark Crisis Justice League one shots, including:

  • Dark Crisis: Worlds Without a Justice League – Superman #1 by Tom King (w) and Chris Burnham (a); Aquaman backup by Brandon Thomas (w) and Fico Ossio (a)

Along with all of the issues to keep track of, there are also a number of variants for each issue, and a series of Crisis on Infinite Earths homage variant covers. The first comes from DC Chief Creative Officer and Publisher Jim Lee and Alex Sinclair for Dark Crisis #1, featuring a tribute to George Perez’s original Crisis on Infinite Earths #1 cover.

Speaking of Perez, as Conskipper previously reported, a special Birthday jam cover featuring many of the characters that the artist has worked on over the years will grace the cover of Dark Crisis #7. A limited edition version of the Dark Crisis #7 variant cover will also be available for sale by The Hero Initiative to raise funds for one of Pérez’s favorite charities.

Be sure to keep tabs on the series with this handy checklist and keep coming back to Conskipper to avert your very own comic crisis!
