The Count reigns supreme on Wednesdays in October on TCM!
Bela Lugosi has been appropriately named the Star of the Month on Turner Classic Movies with a total of 26 films throughout the month of October.
Selections include the fright films that made him famous, none more so than 1931’s Dracula, which leads the way at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 2. Other highlights include Island of Dr. Moreau adaptation Island of Lost Souls, White Zombie, and the film that created generations of “Monster Kids”: Abbott And Costello Meet Frankenstein.
There are also some real rarities on the schedule such as Zombies of Broadway, The Saint’s Double Trouble, and Devil Bat.
