DC continues their reissue of the popular Batman: The Golden Age Omnibus series with a new version of Vol. 2.
Batman: The Golden Age Omnibus Vol. 2 (originally released in 2016) collects Detective Comics #57-74, Batman #8-15, and World’s Finest #4-9 by Bill Finger, Bob Kane, Don Cameron, Jack Schiff, Joseph Greene, Edmond Hamilton, Joe Samachson, Sheldon Moldoff, Jerry Robinson, George Roussos, Ray Burnley, and Jack Burnley.
The early stories feature Batman and Robin patrolling the mean streets of Gotham, and encountering villains such as The Joker, Catwoman, Scarecrow, Two-Face, and the Penguin.
In addition to his ever-growing rogue’s gallery, Batman also introduces readers to his Batcave and takes part in the war effort during World War II in the collection.
Batman: The Golden Age Omnibus Vol. 1 was reissued in 2023.
Batman: The Golden Age Omnibus Vol. 2 consists of 768 pages for a suggested cover price of $125.00.
