Batman’s team-up series The Brave and the Bold is heavily featured in the new DC Finest: Team-Ups: The Impossible Escape edition.
The Impossible Escape collects Bronze Age stories from The Brave and the Bold #106-130 and Super-Team Family #1-7 by Bob Haney, Leo Dorfman, Cary Bates, Jim Aparo, John Calnan, Neal Adams, Curt Swan, Vince Colletta, Win Mortimer, and George Klein.
In The Brave and the Bold stories, Batman teams with Green Arrow, Black Canary, Sgt. Rock, the Demon, Wildcat, the Joker, Mister Miracle, the Metal Men, Aquaman, the Atom, the Spectre, Man-Bat, Kamandi, Swamp Thing, Plastic Man, and the Flash. The Dark Knight Detective pairs up with many of the aforementioned heroes twice, with Sgt. Rock and Wildcat leading the way with three appearances apiece.
The Super-Team Family adventures also consist of a number of team-ups starring Batman and Superman (either together or with other heroes from around the DC Universe).
The Impossible Escape consists of 560 pages for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
