Marvel continues to collect the award-winning collaborations between Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale with the release of the Captain America White series in trade paperback.
Loeb and Sale’s Captain America: White series (#0-5) was originally previewed in 2008, but didn’t see the light of day until 2015.
The trade paperback version was originally published in 2016.
Similar to their other “color” series, their story boils down Cap to his essence, and reveals a tale of Captain America reflecting on his World War II experiences and his difficulty fitting in in the modern world
Loeb and Sale’s Captain America was released last year in a Gallery Edition, the fourth in their series to receive the Gallery treatment, with Daredevil: Yellow, Hulk: Gray, and Spider-Man: Blue all getting Gallery editions over the past two years.
The trade paperback consists of 160 pages for a suggested retail price of $19.99.
