Dark Horse Comics new Groo adventure sets him on a path to destiny, or just a path, in Groo: The Prophecy.
The four-issue series is written by creators Sergio Aragonés and Mark Evanier, and once again illustrated by Aragonés, colored by Carrie Strachan, and lettered by Stan Sakai.
Groo and Rufferto wind up in a village where high priestess Syblia has visions of catastrophes, some of which may involve the cheese dip-loving barbarian.
Dark Horse’s last Groo series was released in 2022 and titled Groo: Gods Against Groo!
Look for the first issue of Groo: The Prophecy on the appropriately scheduled April Fool’s Day.
