Not only is a brand new Aliens series launching in March, but the House of Ideas will also release two Aliens omnibus collections with Volume 1 coming in April, and the just announced Volume 2 in August of 2021.
Marvel’s acquisition of the Alien license is about to be put to good use this March with Alien #1 by writer Phillip Kennedy Johnson and artist Salvador Larroca.
The original series from Dark Horse Comics served as direct sequels to Aliens, before Alien 3 was released in 1992.
The cosmos is about to get a lot more dangerous at Marvel Comics with the surprise acquisition of the licenses for both the Aliens and Predator franchises, with a number of comic books, collections, and reprints planned for the near future.
