Love it or hate it, the Flashpoint Universe returns in a brand new limited series beginning this April with Flashpoint Beyond #0 by original Flashpoint writer Geoff Johns with art by Eduardo Risso.
Flashpoint was the polarizing series which ushered in DC Comics New 52 era and will likely set the stage for another reboot of DC’s cinematic universe as well.
After the shocking ending of Batman Three Jokers #1, the mood was set for a wild second issue full of more twists and surprises, and the creative team of Geoff Johns and Jason Fabok do not disappoint in issue #2.
Overall, Johns captures the essence of The Batman and attempts to reconcile the different iterations of The Joker over his 80 year history and Fabok’s art is classic super hero depictions of perfect physical forms and violence.
